  Found on eBay:
I am listing this one of a kind tee-shirt original by Basquiat for a friend of mine. It is his item but he has no computer access. His name is Pedro Borghese of Paris,(on left of trio) and the item was given to him in 1989, by Lia de Fontenelle and her husband, who acquired it directly from Basquiat in 1982. It depicts 2 planes headed towards each other symbolizing France vs. USA and their influences on Basquiat's life. Originally the shirt was worn but in later years it was framed in a shadow box, and displayed in Pedro's home in Paris.

Upon his move to the USA, the shadow box was damaged and the shirt was packed away until now. It has some soiling of the white background, but it has never been cleaned, since washing it would destroy the artwork. It is a small size and would be better to be reframed than worn, due to its value. Any questions will be answered immediately by calling Pedro at 917-804-4786 or email. This is a very special item worthwile to the experienced art collector. Happy bidding and Good Luck !!
